GOPCPLUS offers a 30-Day Return Policy to all our customers. No returns are accepted on computers because of manufacturer restrictions. Manufacturer warranties apply to these products. If you need to return a product, our return department will be happy to help you. Please call our returns department to obtain an RMA number before shipping the product. Some restrictions and limitations do apply. Please read the return policy section for details.
We accept credit card or wire transfer payments. Terms are available for major corporations, educational institutions, and government offices. For net accounts, a Purchase Order needs to be either faxed or emailed. Please contact our credit department to set up an open account. Credit Cards – We accept Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, and Discoverâ Please be sure to provide the exact billing address as it appears on the credit card statement. Incorrect information may delay the processing of your order. . In the event you are having your order shipped to an address other than the billing address on your credit card statement, it is best that the shipping address be notated as an alternative address for the issuing bank of your credit card account. Orders shipping to an address other than the one on file at your credit card bank may be delayed for address and phone number verification. Credit cards drawn on banks outside of the United States may be delayed and require completion of an additional authorization form.
Credit Card charges are not submitted until time of shipment. There is no surcharge for credit card orders. Wire Transfer – Please call our credit department for bank routing information. Please allow adequate time for completion and confirmation of wire transfer. When your order is placed successfully, you will receive an order acknowledgement e-mail. If you notice any errors in the information displayed, please contact us immediately. Once your order has shipped, we will send you an e-mail containing your tracking number.
Most in stock orders placed before 2:00PM Eastern Standard Time are shipped same day. Orders to be delivered to an address other than the one on file at your credit card bank may be delayed for address and phone number verification. Out of stock orders will be shipped as they become available. We DO NOT bill your credit card for the product until the product actually ships. Orders billed to credit cards drawn on banks outside of the United States will be delayed for additional authorization. We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason. |
