When is the customers credit card charged?
We do not charge the customers credit card until the item
is shipped.
Are all products new?
Most of our products are factory sealed and brand new. Any product that is refurbished is clearly marked as such. We do not sell grey market products.
Do all products include US Warranties?
ALL products include US warranties.
Does GOPCPLUS.COM ship internationally?
GOPCPLUS.COM is presently accepting orders to be shipped within
the US and territories and Canada only. As a service to our servicemen
abroad we do ship to APO/FPO boxes.
What are our business hours of operation?
Monday - Thursday 9:00AM - 6:00PM EST
Friday 9:00AM - 2:00PM EST

Does GOPCPLUS provide repair service?
We are an authorized repair center for IBM, Compaq and HP.
How are shipping charges determined?
Charges are based on the weight and value of the order and the
service requested.(overnight, next day, 2nd day, 3rd day). The charges
are based on the actual carrier shipping cost tables.
Shipping charges are added to the order total based on the shipping
method. The customer may provide his own account number and have
the shipping billed directly to that UPS or FEDEX number.

credit card information?
We use a secure server to protect credit card data and we do not
share either credit card or customer information with any other
vendor or marketing agency.
Can I order an item not listed on the GOPCPLUS
Web site?
If the item you are interested in purchasing is not listed on the
Web site, please call or mail to request pricing and product information.
When will my order ship?
Orders are filled on a first come, first shipped basis. All in
stock orders received by 3:00 PM EST will ship that day. You will
be notified if the product you ordered is out-of-stock or discontinued.
As soon as the product is in stock you will be notified. At your
approval, the shipment will be made to you. When you will receive
your order is based upon the shjpping method you chose-Ground, 3
Day Select, 2nd Day or Overnight. You will receive an email with
a tracking number as soon as the item is shipped. Please remember
that orders can be delayed because of credit card or address verification
errors. Academic Software orders can be delayed if we do not receive
proper identification.
